INVORETAIL consists of the kernel and a set of extensions. The Kernel contains basic functions for operations with individual customers, their current, deposit, card, and loan accounts, as well as with entries, interest, taxes, cards, etc. The extensions complement the kernel of the Retail system in terms of loans and non-cash payments processing and interfacing with front offices of various payment systems. At the same time the Retail system itself forms a part of an Automated Banking System and shares a common database and a set of basic functions with it.

INVORETAIL can be run both with Bank 21 Century ABS and as a standalone system with ABS of third party software developers.

           

The system is designed for operation with large information volumes. Currently INVORETAIL is run at banks with 500 concurrent users, over 20 on-line branches, about 600,000 customers, about 1,000,000 accounts, over 700,000 plastic cards, daily processing of over 150,000 card transactions and total daily operation volume up to 1,500,000.

There is an interface with Private Client, an internet banking system (one of the subsystems of DBO BS-Client developed by Bank’s Soft Systems company)

Standing orders

The module is designed for scheduled payments execution:

Money transfer from the customer account to any bank accounts or to internal or external recipients in compliance with a previously agreed payment schedule;

Transfer on a fixed date, a fixed day of month (quarter, year); linking of the transfer date to the date of money receipt, to the sources of receipt, to overdraft and loan repayment schedules;

Transfer of a fixed amount, amount fixing for transfer in different currencies, etc.

InvoLoan

The module is designed for keeping loan portfolio broken down by consumer, mortgage, and car loans, keeping agreements, automation of individual and batch actions with agreements, making out of accounting documents and report drawing. Thefrontofficeis“point of sale».

Income and Taxes of the Bank’s customers

The module is designed for calculation of total income of an individual bank’s customer and tax deduction from all kinds of income received by the customer at the bank, accompanied with proper reports and file generation for the tax office.

Utilities payments

Utilities Payments subsystem is designed for automated generation of bank documents at a Bank based on the primary documents. Workwithcash registers is supported.

Factoring

Assignmentofthereceivablesfromitsbuyersbyaclienttothebank. Installment sale of goods and services to individual buyers by the customer.

VIP customer service

Specialized automated workplaces, keeping individual accounts in General Ledger, plus real-time information about the customer and his deals.

InvoCARD

Back office for plastic card service both on the part of issuing bank and on the part of acquiring bank. Overdraft card loans. Credit cards.
